With our extensive work within functional safety in Norway over the past decade, we are excited to leverage our experience and contribute to this project in a positive way”, says Ragnar Aarø, Safetec’s project leader. “The fact that so many key industry players choose to be part of this initiative shows the importance and need for this work”, continues Ragnar.

The project shall continue till the end of 2022. Other work packages include – machine learning for automated failure classification, specification for IMS-applications, guideline for SIS failure reporting and classification in operation etc. If you wish to know more about this initiative, feel free to get in touch.
